Office and rental opening hours

Our office and rental operation opening hours are Mondays to Fridays from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Saturdays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and Sundays from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm. The time zone in the Cook Islands is GMT -10 hours. Our office is closed on New Years’ Day, Good Friday and Christmas Day.

Adventure Cook Islands is conveniently located by Aroa Beach on the south-west corner of the Rarotonga. Across the road from our shop is the Aroa rā‘ui (marine reserve) with some of the best protected snorkeling inside Rarotonga’s lagoon. You can see where we are located HERE.

Scuba diving days of operation

We offer scuba diving trips and activities Mondays to Friday except on public holidays. We do not offer diving trips or training on weekends.
