The TDI Nitrox course is for the recreational diver wanting to use Enriched Air Nitrox breathing gas mixes. It is the entry level certification for divers who want to learn not only about the benefits, but also about the hazards and proper use of EAN22 to 40% oxygen.
The TDI Advanced Nitrox Course trains divers in the use of Enriched Air Nitrox from EAN 21 through 100 percent oxygen, within their current certification level to a maximum depth of 40 metres. This course is often taught together with the TDI Decompression Procedures course and can be considered the foundation of your technical diving career.
The TDI Decompression Procedures course trains you to conduct planned staged decompression diving to a maximum operating depth of 45 metres. The program teaches you the theory and procedures of staged decompression. Correspondingly, it examines equipment requirements and set up as well as decompression techniques. This course can be taught as a stand alone course or in conjunction with the Advanced Nitrox course.
